Moneystone Park is a high quality leisure led development by Laver Leisure, a joint venture between Arnold Laver and Bolsterstone PLC, at a former Silica Sand Quarry extending to 52 hectares (128 acres).

The development comprises up to 250 holiday lodges, a new central hub building (providing swimming pool, restaurant, bowling alley, space, gym, informal screen / cinema room, children’s soft play area, café, and shop; café; visitor centre); an administration building; maintenance building; archery centre; water sports centre; equipped play and adventure play areas; car parking and managed footpaths and cycleways set in attractive and ecological enhancements.

The new Dakota Hotel at Manchester Airport will deliver a 7-storey hotel complex comprising 154 bedrooms, a premium and a brasserie-style grill. The hotel will also include 130 car parking spaces and offer a dedicated shuttle service to and from the airport terminals.

The hotel will form part of the new MIX MANCHESTER Masterplan which will see the creation of the UK's first airport-based science, innovation and manufacturing campus spanning approximately 2 million sq ft.
