    Project Detail

    The redevelopment of the Parkfield House site in Middleton will provide 20 new townhouses and an 80 bedroom care home, delivered on a brownfield site located to the edge of the town centre.

    The scheme will transform the site which previously housed a vacant 4 storey, former commercial building located within the spacious grounds of a large car park.

  • Lloyd Drive, Ellesmere Port

    Project Detail

    Lloyd Drive is a vacant site extending to 1.33 hectares at Cheshire Oaks Business Park in Ellesmere Port. Planning approval has been granted for two care homes which will be set in attractive landscaping.


    Plans for the care homes include ensuite bedrooms and a range of care facilities including therapy rooms, activity rooms, treatment rooms and staff facilities.
