  • Colloco, Manchester City Centre

    Project Detail

    “Colloco” will deliver 200,000 sq ft of office space in Manchester City Centre. The development is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A and is aiming to be net zero, both in construction and operation. The proposed building has a distinctive and attractive appearance, creating a landmark building at a busy city centre intersection.

  • Viking Way, Congleton

    Client: Clowes, Richborough Estates, Bloor Homes
    Value: £60m

    Project Detail

    Viking Way is a mixed-use development which forms part of the Congleton Business Park Expansion, under Cheshire East’s Local Plan Strategy. It comprises 174 new homes; in excess of 18500 m sq of employment & commercial space as well as a 2298 m sq local retail centre, home to an Aldi foodstore and a Drive Through Starbucks .

  • Dove Valley Park, Foston

    Project Detail

    Dove Valley Park is a 200 acre industrial/distribution development offering units of between 24,000 and 132,000 sq ft. The site is perfectly located to serve one of the country’s most important manufacturing areas. Plots 1, 2, 3 will deliver approximately 380,000 sq ft of logistics floorspace and site enabling works.

  • Magnitude, Middlewich

    Client: Magnitude Land
    Value: £220m

    Project Detail

    Magnitude (formerly known as ‘Midpoint 18’) is a 70 hectare strategic employment site to the east of Middlewich, Cheshire. The site is one of the largest employment sites in the North West and will make a significant contribution to Cheshire East Council’s employment land requirements.

    Planning permission for approximately 1.5million sq ft of logistics floorspace has been successfully secured at Magnitude.
